Return policy

To initiate a return, your product(s) must be in their original, unopened and unused condition, and still sealed in their original packaging. Please be aware that the original shipping fees are non-refundable and a processing fee may be applied. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Once your return is received and processed, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment, unless we have agreed otherwise.

You can return your products within 14 days of purchase. Please note that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if 14 days have passed since your purchase.

How to make a return

1.) To begin the return process, please send an email to info@canaicare.com with your order number in the subject line, and include the following details in your note: 

  • Your name 
  • Order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for return

2.) Our customer service team will respond and provide you with shipping instructions. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the return. We recommend using a shipping method with a tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are not delivered to our warehouse. Once we receive your return and it is processed, we will credit the refund back to the credit card used for the purchase. Please allow 3-7 business days for the transaction to appear in your account.
